This unique two storey family home is nestled on the edge of the kangaroo laden fairways of the Old Dunsborough Golf reserve, and is the perfect location for a memorable holiday. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, Yonga Mia is perfectly positioned for a peaceful yet convenient retreat with the shops and cafes of Dunsborough town just a short distance away. An easy 12 minute walk will take you to the safe swimming beach and boat ramp at Old Dunsborough, and not far beyond to the Meelup National Park.
All generous sized bedrooms have been tastefully decorated with comfortable queen beds, quality fresh linen, and pedestal fans. The master bedroom is located on the upper level and has a garden outlook, with a bathroom (shower, bath, vanity) and toilet adjoining.
Both the second and third bedrooms (downstairs) are fresh and light with glass sliding doors opening onto native garden courtyards. These bedrooms share a bathroom (shower, vanity), with a separate toilet. The laundry (with washing machine and dryer) is also located on the lower level.
The spacious open plan living, kitchen, dining and TV area upstairs, opens onto a large north facing balcony with BBQ and outdoor dining facilities.
The property does have an additional studio that can be rented in addition and can sleep 2 extra people.
The Dunsborough Country Club is a 200m stroll down the fairway bordering the property, with golf, tennis, bowls, croquet and world class mountain bike trails which extend into the National Park. The Club also offer cheap meals and bar facilities.

All linen is provided (excl. beach towels). All of our accommodation is fully self-catered, and as a courtesy we provide a basic starter pack for each stay, including: soap, toilet rolls, tea, coffee & sugar, basic cleaning products, and some cooking essentials (oil, salt & pepper). We provide these items to help kick-start your holiday in a stress-free way, but guests are responsible for the ongoing supply of anything they should require beyond the starter pack provided.
