2 bedroom bungalow with tons of yard space! Great deck space. 3rd sleeping area in basement with ensuite bathroom .
Will open up downstairs and 2nd bathroom for added person fee in listing.
This enviable residence provides expansive natural light-filled interiors offering space and open views to enjoy. This chic residence provides a ready-made lifestyle sanctuary of contemporary comfort, peace, and privacy. This house is presented in good condition with nothing else needing to be done, except unpack! The casual and cozy living area provides the ideal place to come together and enjoy some quality time.
A private haven of surprising light and space. The open plan living/dining area is designed to capture the lights and breeze all year round. The bedrooms are cozy, and the natural light that flows through makes a comfortable and relaxing personal space. The home boast 2 bedrooms and a central crisp bathroom.
NOTE: Only the upper floor of the house is an Airbnb. Driveway/garage are not included as this is a separate rental we don’t control. There is no TV at this time and we will have an extension cord running to the kitchen.

The basement and garage are not included in the rental as I will be using to measure downstairs. It is a completely different entrance and you will not be disturbed
An additional sleeping space in the basement may be available. As with access to laundry. For and additional $40 a night charge if staying 3 nights or longer. This space should be available by December.

dogs are not allowed on beds and furniture. If dog hair is found on linens you will be responsible for an additional $100 fee to cover linen replacement as we’ve found despite laundering it is not removed.
I will provide you with a dog bed if advanced notice of 1 week is given.
The garage is not part of the listing and should not be entered At any time. It is my workshop and you will see me working there from time to time.
