Perfectly located for winter sports, only minutes away from world class and majestic ski and snowboard areas: 7 miles to Vail Resorts and two miles from Beaver Creek. Award winning restaurants, bars, shops and galleries are plentiful year 'round. In the summer months, take the short walk to the golf clubhouse and driving range, Eagle Vail community pool, tennis courts, pickle ball, par three course, 18 hole course, picnic area, park with play equipment, pond with swim beach, hiking and bike trails. Enjoy mountain biking, horseback riding, fly fishing, river rafting and several other unique and breathtaking golf courses just minutes away. The residence has a BBQ grill. Indoor and outdoor games.
