3 Bedroom Villa in Kas, kalkan

Three bedroom stone villa with a private pool. Freshly painted in a lovely Mediterranean white and blue. All 3 bedrooms with modern en-suite facilities with rain showers and all rooms fully air conditioned. We offer excellent accomadation and all we think you will need to have a great holiday, Set on a quiet hillside overlooking Kalkan bay. All the bedrooms have beautiful sea views. Furnished balconies from each bedroom. Unlike a lot of kalkan villas the roof terrace bedroom has a luxury bathroom fitted. Acess to sitting and private sunbathing area on the roof terrace. The Villa is very well equipped and has a kitchen which has everything you need should need if you want to dine at home. We provide a welcome pack with basic shopping such bread, milk, water, butter and eggs. Tea and instant coffee to get you started. There is a nesspresso coffee machine and a cafetière.( Please bring pods or a coffee you like with you!) we also dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid, toilet rolls etc. If you need extras not provided in the small welcome pack, let me know. Our manager can get these for you and you can pay him on arrival at the villa. The Villa has a Private pool. It is 6ft deep with a small shallow step sitting end. The Pool terrace is secluded and screened with attractive lattice fencing. The terrace area has comfortable outdoor furniture,6 sun beds, large umbrellas for relaxing by your own private poolside. Pool towels provided. Outdoor dinning table with 6 chairs, outdoor cushioned sitting area for that pre dinner drink! and BBQ for alfresco dining. Spectacular sea and mountain views. There are restaurants and a supermarket close to the villa. The town with Banks and supermarkets etc are 0.7km walk. Kalkan town leads down to the small harbour with harbour side restaurants and shops. Free wifi and smart tv in the Villa. Villa manager who is a phone call away! Turkish mobile provides useful numbers. Easy to top up in town. Villa Yaz Evi provides all you need for a Villa holiday. Kalkan is a wonderful place to holiday. Quaint, with a Beautiful little harbour, pretty beach. Cobbled streets, roof top restaurants, friendly people. Perfect!
