This circa 1960’s beach house offers a great location just one street back from the beachfront. You will enjoy sea breezes, ocean views & a very sunny aspect.
The Space:
Original features combine with modern conveniences to make this a welcoming home that is a firm favourite for relaxed beach holidays. A wood fire, reverse cycle air-con & ceiling fans provide year round comfort.
The split level design offers 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds) & a sitting area with sun deck on the upper level. A set of bunk beds is located in an alcove on the entry level adjacent to the bathroom & laundry.
Everything is provided in the spacious open plan kitchen, dining & living area which is complemented by a sheltered outdoor area with barbecue. All bed linen, bath towels & free Wifi are standard inclusions.
The garage is available for guest use. Yaringa is located within an easy walk of beaches, golf course, bowling greens & the scenic beachfront village path/cycleway. Its just 150 metres to Plantation Beach & 200 metres to Coila Beach.
A well behaved pet is welcome in the securely fenced back garden with prior approval.

We offer 2 options for check-in.
1 - Meet on arrival: We would be delighted to meet @ Yaringa on arrival to provide a brief tour of the property & answer any questions you may have about the house or our local area in general.
2 - Self Check-In: Surf Cottage @ Tuross Head has a key safe for 24 hour access. A code will be provided prior to arrival date.

The Neighborhood:
Yaringa @ Tuross Head is located on the 'Beach-Side' Monash Avenue, which is a beautiful Norfolk Pine tree-lined street with pathways leading both to Tuross Blvd and Birdwood Circle - there is always a pleasant stroll to be had with your furry friend!
Easy walk via pathway to Tuross Blvd to the beach and local shops.

HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION LICENCE AGREEMENT - upon booking confirmation you will receive an email containing a link to accept the terms of the Holiday Accommodation Licence Agreement. This document must be completed or the booking will cancel. Valid Australian ID is required.
PETS - Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to bring a pet. A $45.00 fee applies per pet, per stay. This fee will be added to your final balance payment (or invoice issued if balance has already been paid in full prior) If you wish to bring a pet, please let us know at the time of booking. Terms & conditions apply.
• Pets are not able to be left unattended at the property - this is due to dogs howling all day when left in a strange new environment & as a result upsetting the neighbourhood.
• Pets are strictly allowed outdoors only.
REFUNDABLE GUEST SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 is payable.
•For bookings of 5 nights or less the deposit will be by way of card 'pre-authorisation' hold.
•For bookings of 6 nights or more the deposit is payable by way of Electronic Funds Transfer to our Real Estate Trust Account.
Security deposits will be refunded/released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages or losses.
• Please note, some 3rd party booking sites do handle security deposits on guests behalf - please let us know if you have any questions at all.
