Upper level has 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans,dining & living area, Smart T.V, Wifi fully equipped new kitchen with SS appliances, dishwasher,microwave, bathroom, toilet, ceiling fans, natural gas log fire & reverse cycle airconditioning.
Lower level one bedroom, living area, spilt system, dining table,LCD TV , kitchette with mini fridge/freezer, separate bathroom/ toilet.
Other facilities include a central laundry with a washing machine,clothes dryer, large outdoor entertainment area with dining for 10, 6 burner BBQ and private undercover parking for car/boat.
An easy short stroll to the bay and surf/fishing beaches, shops/cafes, yacht club & boat ramps. Only a few mins drive to Sorrento, its a great base to explore the Mornington Peninsula

Summary: We stayed there at the Easter long weekend for 3 nights. Property has 2 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. I used to go out to the beach late at nights and it was very comfortable to come back home to my downstairs room and not to desturb sleeping family .Steve, the owner explained me all what I wanted to know and was ready to help with everything. It was excellent communication between us. I recommend that property to all of you and will be happy to return there again. Slava.
