Fantastic DUPLEX apartment with all the necessary amenities for a perfect vacation. It offers a large terrace of thirty square meters, together with a living room and dining room of the same surface with a full American kitchen with a bar to the dining room. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, equipped with air conditioning, are the three bedrooms, two of them with double beds, and the third with a double sofa bed. Two bathrooms, one of them a suite with a bathtub, and the second with a shower tray in the corridor. All of these bedrooms have a balcony with views of the sea and common areas. It includes a parking space and includes WIFI service.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and set a table, equipped with a washing machine and microwave.
Capacity 6/7 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF THIRTY ARE NOT ALLOWED. Pets are allowed on request, only weighing less than ten (10) kg.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath/shower/person, 2 toilets/bathroom). Includes biweekly bed linen change. If any of these are essential for them, don't forget to bring them!
The collection of keys will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, starting at 1:00 p.m. There is the possibility of collecting keys outside office hours, by requesting the one in advance and having deposited the deposit beforehand. The accommodation will be checked out and evicted before 10:00 in the morning. The keys may be deposited inside the accommodation upon prior consultation, or they will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options, to deal with possible damage, either to leave a deposit of 150€ that will be returned to you after the inspection of the apartment, or to take out a non-refundable exemption from ACCIDENTAL damage (Insurance) of 28€.
The beaches of Xeraco and Gandia, 3 km respectively 8 km away, offer first aid services in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, newspapers, pharmacies, and many other services. The slope leading to the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very familiar beach, with little traffic, surrounded by nature and fantastic landscapes. In the low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle so that you can travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many trails for hikers, both in the mountains and in the marsh. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. Playa de l'Ahuir, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings between the beaches of Xeraco and Gandia, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be enjoyed on beaches, arms of the sea and rivers.
