Summary: The Wynn was not prepared for last weekend. We checked in at exactly 3:00 pm and no rooms were ready. There was a long line waiting to check in and they told everyone that check in *begins* at 3, and they weren't required to have our room by 3. We escalated to a manager, and after a 30 minute wait, we were offered a $100.00 food credit. The room wasn't ready until 4:40. Ruined plans we had already made with a group. Not good.
