Summary: The hotel shuttle did not pick us up at the airport although the front desk receptionist repeated told me that it was coming when I repeatedly called the hotel. We had to find alternate transportation at 1 am. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were not greeted upon entering. The room key cards did not work. I returned to the front desk 5 times to have the key cards activated. We were given another room on the 3rd floor and its keycard did not work either. Finally, we were given a room on the first floor that we were able to enter at 2:30 am. At 9 am housekeeping knocked on our door and asked when we were checking out. Checkout was at 11 am.
