Sterling Sands 114 is a Gulf Front condo located right in the heart of Destin and has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and sleeps 9. Enjoy a large living/dining area, 2 Master Suites plus a 3rd bedroom. There is also a wrap-around balcony with direct gulf views! Panoramic unobstructed views of the emerald waters from the balconies and inside our condo. The beautiful views can be seen from the living room, dining, kitchen, and both master suites of this very spacious corner unit! First floor, just high enough for a great view but no need for elevators.
Newly remodeled with fresh paint, new appliances, and gorgeous flooring! You will enjoy two master bedrooms both with private balconies, new king beds, huge walk-in closets, and large bathrooms featuring garden tubs. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a twin trundle bed, and an attached bathroom. There are two additional beautiful granite and glass serving bars - one in the living room and one in the master suite. The master Suite bar also has a mini-refrigerator, sink, and microwave. All bedrooms offer flat-screen TVs and free wireless Internet connection.
This condo features two pullout sleeper sofas to comfortably sleep, 9 guests. The first pullout sleeper sofa is located in the living room. The second sleeper sofa is located in the 'lockout' master bedroom. This 'lockout' master bedroom sofa is great for families with small kids that prefer sleeping close to their parents.
