It is dramatically situated on the highest point in the city (with a water tower located behind the home) so one has a complete 270 degree view of the entire ocean, downtown Monterey, the Monterey hills, and so much more.
This very large house has 5 bedrooms (4 Cal king beds and 1 queen) with 3 of them being master bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, 2 large living rooms, very open kitchen, and a nice backyard with picnic table and seating area.
The home is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, so parties and visitors outside of the number booked guests are not allowed.
Parking is limited to 3 cars. Parking is in the garage, on the driveway and one car on the left side of the street.
