This eco-friendly estate is situated on a pristine 5-acre park like property with an expansive outdoor living area sprawled across a rock ridge. This fully gated estate was custom built by the owner with only the finest materials, detail and impeccable construction inside and out.
Amenities include a large gym and fitness room with commercial grade equipment connected to a spa with infrared sauna and steam shower, award-winning vanishing edge pool, large hot pool and outdoor shower. Right outside the property is an extensive walking and hiking trail network for all levels right at your doorstep. Unlike other areas of British Columbia, there are no bears on the Island so feel free to hike around the Island's rainforest or climb to the Islands peak with ease! In the winter you can ice skate on Josephine Lake at the back of the property!
This private sanctuary is an 18-minute ferry ride from Vancouver with regular ferry service or you can also hire a private water taxi to and from downtown Vancouver. It is easy access to the sea-to-sky highway and Whistler.
