Positive: Perfect for what we needed which was basically somewhere to sleep and occasionally eat. My oldest son loved the balcony. The place was definitely hard to find with the map provided and the reception of the actual park wasn’t very easy to find however I found it easier to just type in the name of the road the caravan was located on into maps and it come up. The pool was perfect for both my children my 8 month old could stand in the baby pool in his floaty. All the facilities worked well and the door has a latch on so you can keep it open without the winds interfering also the gate has a key lock so if you do have children then they can’t come off the balcony unless you want them too. Also a very big driveway so makes loading and unloading much easier.
Negative: The kitchen and hallway floor was dirty when we arrived it’s made my white socks black. When we pulled out the sofa bed there was moths coming out of it additionally the sofa bed had stains on and had a strong smell of damp when we first pulled it out. The single beds is very thin but that’s expected for a caravan, which then made it very uncomfortable to sleep in. The shower was very small (again expected) but it was very slippy. Rust and water on the radiator in the main bathroom although we hadn’t used it. To use the pool you have to sign into the reception which was not known to us until we got to the pool and pressed the button to get in and the receptionist was quite rude when she answered the buzzer.
Summary: A few cleanliness issues but overall a great stay and good value for money
