Shop, supermarket 250 m, restaurant, bakery, café, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Brienz West", swimming bay 600 m, public bathing area 2 km. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 50 m, mountain railway 1 km, skisport facilities 14 km, ski bus stop 200 m. Nearby attractions: Brienzer Rothorn, Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Axalp, Meiringen - Hasliberg. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Brienzersee. Hiking paths: Axalp, Rosenlaui. Kitchen-/living room (3 hot plates, oven, kettle, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table, wood-burning stove. Shower/WC. Electric heating, wood heating. Upper floor: (steep stair), Low door height 180 cm ceiling height 190 cm. Large walk-through room 16 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 14 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Small balcony. Balcony furniture, box-room. Very beautiful view of the lake, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), logs (free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house, no parking. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
