As you enter into this beautiful villa, you will note that this isn’t your standard vacation rental, from the wonderfully stocked kitchen area, living room and bedrooms with expansive ocean views and updated bathrooms, you will see that the owners take great pride in making sure that everything has been taken care of to ensure that your vacation is a dream come true! The kitchen area is completely stocked and furnished with everything needed to prepare meals from the simple to the extravagant. There is also a large island for seating or preparing those delicious meals. The kitchen has much more to offer than the standard, basic cooking utensils provided in most rentals…it’s definitely a chef’s delight! The Living Room is beautifully furnished with a two brand new sofas, flat screen tv with cable access and wifi for your enjoyment, as well as the wonderful oceanfront views for gazing. The master bedroom has an expansive ocean view as well as access onto the balcony through the sliding glass doors. It is wonderfully decorated with a king size bed and flat screen tv with cable access for your pleasure as well as a completely updated bathroom with granite countertops, tiled walk-in shower , tile floors and vanity area allowing for two people to prepare for a casual day trip or an evening out at the resort or the Historic area of Fernandina Beach at the same time. There is also ample closet space to store your clothes and luggage for your stay. The second bedroom again has the fabulous ocean views with one full/double and one twin bed for families as well as a flat screen tv with cable access and a large closet for use. The second bath is conveniently located across the hall and has also been updated to include granite countertops, tiled shower/tub combo and newly tiled floors. There is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and countertop with upper cabinets to handle all your laundry needs while vacationing. Whether you choose to stroll within the resort or visit the lovely Amelia Island beaches, eat and shop in the Historic area of Fernandina Beach or just relax poolside…we welcome you to Shipwatch, where you will make memories that will last a lifetime! Omni Main Pool and fitness center are not available with this rental. Omni public amenities are available for use. Come enjoy the amazing oceanfront views with full balcony access from the living room as well as both bedrooms.
