Welcome to 115 Hamilton located in the heart of the village area on Saint Simons Island. The home is located on a very quiet dead end street with a short walk to some of the islands favorite restaurants, shops, fishing pier, putt putt course (seasonal) light house and museums.
The home has five bedrooms with the master on the main floor and the remaining guest rooms on the second level. On the first floor you have a large living area, dining room that seats eight, kitchen, master bedroom, master bath and a half bath.
Located on the second floor are the four guest rooms. There are two full baths located on this floor with single vanity sink and walk in shower.
Back down stairs off the kitchen area is a screened porch perfect for watching the kids in the pool or catching up on your favorite book. There is a propane grill conveniently located just outside the porch which makes it easy to transfer food from grill straight to the kitchen.
Down the stairs to the pool area there is plenty of seating for everyone. There are two lounging chairs, eating table for six, two sitting chairs and couch.
Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night
