Located in Destin, Florida, also known as “The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village," Silver Shells Beach Resort & Spa has everything you need to have an enjoyable beach vacation! The property is on 31-acres, has 1,000 feet of private beach, and is located right next door to the natural setting of Henderson Beach State Park. Sand Croix Beach Condo is a luxurious three bedroom, two bathroom updated beachfront condo. The property boasts approximately 1,650 square feet of space and has two private balconies. Each balcony is furnished so you can enjoy the refreshing beach air. One balcony overlooks the gulf and the other balcony overlooks the resort grounds and the city of Destin. The living, kitchen, and dining areas are all open concept living spaces with wonderful floor-to-ceiling views of the water. The kitchen contains full-sized appliances. There is a designated laundry area in the condo with a full-sized washer and dryer. This 5th floor condo is accessible via 2 elevators which service only three units per floor. There is designated parking in a gated garage. The parking spot is just steps from garage elevator lobby. There are luggage carts available and the elevator gets you straight up to the condo. The master bedroom has amazing views of the beach and gulf, as well as a large walk-in closet (with extra mattress!) and a private entrance to the main balcony. The master bathroom has a jetted tub and a large walk-in shower. Each of the two guest bedrooms has a private entrance to the second balcony, which overlooks the tennis and basketball courts on the premises. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and the second guest bedroom has two queen beds. The guest bathroom is updated and contains a walk-in shower. There is internet throughout the condo (free Wifi) and smart TVs in both the living room and master bedroom. In addition to the many amenities located inside the condo, renters of Sand Croix have access to MANY other privileges such as: assigned underground garage parking; Ruth's Chris steakhouse/patio bar with seasonal entertainment and dancing; upscale Destin Health & Fitness Club, kid’s playground and green space; The Spa at Silver Shells; heated community pool with fountain; community hot tub; children's pool. This condo and resort have everything you need for a wonderful beach experience! We would love to have you enjoy Sand Croix as much as we do! -Seven night minimum reservation. -No pets allowed. -Florida tax is added to total. -Cleaning fee of $225. -Minimum rental age is 25. -Cancellation policy: Full refund if closed due to COVID-19 Virus. Otherwise, Over 60 days--full refund. 30-60 days--$500. 30 days--no refund. Confirm with owners.
