This stylish ground-floor apartment with designated parking and a private backyard is truly a gem! Our apartment is in Canarsie, Brooklyn - a prime location for exploring Brooklyn's nearby neighborhoods - Flatbush (Little Caribbean), Bedford-Stuyvesant (BedStuy), Lefferts Gardens, Crown Heights, Williamsburg, and Manhattan! This place is ideal for guests who wish to explore NYC via car. The convenience of hassle-free parking makes this property highly desirable! Our place has a designated parking spot for one vehicle. Street parking is available for additional cars. For guests who will not have a car during their visit, our apartment is a 10-minute car ride to the nearest subway (Canarsie-Rockaway Pkwy - L train) and a 15-minute ride to the 3 and 4 trains on Utica Ave, as well as the 2 and 5 trains on Flatbush Ave, which would easily take you into Manhattan. Our two-bedroom apartment is cozy with amenities to make you feel at home. The place comfortably sleeps 4 adults. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed that sleeps two people, a 3-drawer dresser, a lamp, and a closet. It also has a desk and chair for guests that require a workstation. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed that sleeps two people, a lamp on the nightstand, and a closet. The living room has an inviting velvet cobalt-colored sofa for lounging (it can also be converted into a sleeper sofa) and a smart tv with streaming access. There is a separate kitchen/dining area to cook and enjoy meals. If the weather permits, enjoy the private backyard. There are chairs available for guests' use. You will feel at home when you're not exploring our vibrant city! We happily provide... - Fast, dependable internet - Tv with streaming access (YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV+, etc.) - Air conditioning (warm months) / Heating (cold months) - Kitchen stocked with all the essentials (oven, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, French press, Keurig, and complimentary snacks) - Air purifier / Fan Please feel free to message us if you need any help making plans, getting things booked, or figuring out logistics for your stay in advance. Guest will have electronic access to the apartment, a unique access code will be given to you prior to your arrival. The location is easily accessible via car hailing services & public transportation and there's plenty of street parking in the neighbourhood. (If you have a vehicle you can park in the driveway). Guest will also have access to the backyard space. We're available for guests to contact us anytime with questions or needs they may have, via Airbnb, cell, or email. Our waterfront neighborhood is a vibrant, upbeat, diverse community fusing a suburban setting and a big-city vibe with loads of local restaurants, coffee shops, shopping centers and parks. The neighborhood is very safe and boasts quiet streets, the beautiful Seaview park with picnic areas, walking and biking trails, as well as two commercial corridors (Avenue L and Flatlands avenue) with ample take out/sit in restaurants and convenience stores. Lace up your walking shoes because this is considered a very walkable neighborhood. You can also board the L train in less than 10 mins which quickly gets you into Manhattan within 30 minutes. Nearby Train Stops: L at Canarsie-Rockaway Pkwy L at East 105 St 2 & 5 at Flatbush Ave 3 & 4 at Utica Ave There’s also an express bus nearby on Ave M that could get you to the city within 30 minutes. Our apartment is near John F. Kennedy International, 14 minutes away, and La Guardia, 23 minutes away. Please only eat in designated areas - meaning no eating in rooms. This is to make sure we don't get any NYC critters :) Please be respectful of tenants in the building. No photoshots. Laundromats are located within walking distance and they provide drop-off service.
