ABOUT VILLAMARE:
The lovely Villamare complex is situated on the finest beach on Hilton Head Island, and is within walking distance to more amenities than any other villa area.
Located through the private gates of Palmetto Dunes between the Marriott Beach and Golf Resort and the Omni Resort, you can literally walk to the world-renowned Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, The General Store, Canoe and Bike Rentals, and Alexander's, Dunes House, and Big Jim's Restaurants. You can park your car for the week and never drive! Palmetto Dunes free shuttle service, the The DUNES BUGGY will take you anywhere within the development you want to go. All three world famous golf courses in Palmetto Dunes are close at hand.
Villamare's beautiful grounds and on-site amenities includes: 400 feet of wide sandy beach, an Olympic-size oceanfront pool, children's pool and hot tub, and indoor health club (indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise equipment), adjacent to the Marriott Hotel (enjoy their pool bar, shopping, and restaurants), intertwining walkways and lagoons, barbecue area, playground, sitting areas, covered parking, and elevators.
ABOUT OUR TWO BEDROOM VILLAMARE:
This second-floor Villamare is a POOL/OCEAN FRONT villa offering great views of the pool and ocean in Palmetto Dunes. Our villa has all the comforts of home. Villa 3224 is furnished in a comfortable beach style with a tropical influence evident through out the unit. Free Wireless high speed internet service is available for our guests use.
Each bedroom features its own TV and its own balcony with incredible ocean/pool views.
This second-floor location is great for families with kids. A simple walk down the stairs and you are at the pool or beach. There are also 2 elevators in our building, #3.
Our Villamare has a full kitchen with a dining room table and 6 chairs. The living room features a comfortable chair, loveseat, and couch, TV, DVD player and slider to an oceanfront balcony. If you are looking to vacation in style, our villa is just the place.

* Bedroom Two: Two Queen Beds
We have owned and personally managed Villamare condos for 11 years. We also utilize the services of a local cleaning company.

Summary: We had a great week on HHI. Everything in the condo was as advertised. A great 2 BR condo. Plenty of room for my wife and me and our 2 college age kids. The condo is on the 2nd floor and just steps away from the pool and easy access to the beach! While this was our 1st trip to HHI, we will be back and Linda and Leigh's condo will be the first place I will check for availability!!
