This serene and spacious, this 5 BR, 3 + BA home is perfect for your Bethany Beach vacation whether you stay 3 days or a week or more; you can even bring the family dog! Tucked away in Lake Bethany, just a few minutes drive to the beautiful ocean beaches of Bethany. When not enjoying the sand, surf, restaurants or unique shops in town, you can keep up with your exercise routine... Lake Bethany offers community tennis and a kayak launch. There's room for the whole family with a great open floor plan and a huge screened porch. So many great features in this vacation home: CAC, Outdoor Shower, Gas Grill, 2 smart TVs, WiFi, plenty of off-street parking + 2 Bethany Beach parking permits. One dog is permitted with a minimum $300 pet fee. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Guests pay a $170 Cleaning fee for all stays. No Smoking or Cats please. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

Summary: Beautiful home with minor inconveniences and issues. Furniture was just adequate. Screens on porch needed mended or replaced. Tv was plugged into a switched outlet which took us a while to figure out and on a narrow stand which led to some fear of it falling. Great things were that there is a trolley that will take you into town as well as parking passes if you choose to drive in. Quiet development
