Wonderful & Sunny villa in a quite area, Private Pool (8x4), large Sundeck, modern Barbecue & Ibiza style Chill-out, several outdoor spaces, fabulous at night, very comfortable. Available only from June to September.
This stunning villa on the hills is the best place to spend your holiday, being relaxed and enjoying dining, reading and sunbathing, being just in the middle of the beach resort of Sitges (12 km.) and the Penedès wine region (15 km) which you can get in 15min driving. Barcelona is in a good connection as well, in only 40 minutes driving and you can get Port Aventura one hour and a half driving.
Our villa is built in a 1.000 sqm of land and it is fully equipped with
air conditioning. With outdoor spaces: Two terraces for sunbathing, relaxing and dining, Ibiza-style Chill-out lounge, fantastic private pool 8x4 m and a barbecue area equipped. Pool with locked access for children safety, terrace furniture, hammocks and a fabulous trampoline for children where they can enjoy jumping.
The capacity is for 8 people with a possibility of 2 more. Our villa is in a quite and residential area thought for families who want to enjoy beach and mountain all together.
The main entrance is directly to the first floor, where there are the most number of the spaces, dining room and lounge, balcony with dining table. 3 double bedroom (2x90x190 cm. beds, 2x90x190 cm. beds, 1x150x190 cm. bed with dressing room with closets), 1 bathroom with bath and the kitchen.
Second floor: 1 double bedroom (1x140x200cm. bed with dressing room with closets), 1 modern bathroom with a large shower and a large lounge to be quite reading with the exit to a private terrace with a sofa which can be converted in a double bed for the two extra guests.
Ground floor: Garage for 2 cars, bathroom with shower and access to the pool area.
Outdoor :
Front terrace 200 sqm.: 60 sqm of garden with an olive tree. Little house for children. Bank to be relaxed reading or enjoying a drink. Fenced access to the pool area for children safety.
Pool area : Ibiza style chill-out, private 8x4m. fenced access for children security, 100 sqm sundeck overlooking the pool, sunbeds, shower, wonderful barbecue area and trampoline for children.
