Beautiful newly remodeled 3-bedroom 2 bath in a quiet residential home on Lake Dunlap (the dam broke in May 2019 so the lake is low but good news, the dam has been repairedand the lake is expected to fill up by Summer 2023, at which point the lake will be more conducive to swimming). Photos taken April of 2022 reflect the water level at that time. Wonderful, covered back patio with comfy seating, private pool, propane grill, 2 kayaks (life jackets not provided) and 2 decks on the docks for your enjoyment. The top deck has a dining table with 8 chairs and a propane fire pit. A great place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or your morning coffee. This home is only 5 miles to downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn and the Comal River! Fenced in back yard for your fur friends! 2 dogs under 40 lbs. allowed. $25 per day per pet.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property.
