Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Böhler Leuchtturm und am Kitestrand in SPO.
Perfekt für Naturliebhaber, Ruhesuchende und Hundefreunde.
The Space:
Auf 30 qm findest du ein Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, Sofa und Küchenzeile. Das geräumige Schlafzimmer ist mit einem 180cm Boxspringbett, einer Kommode und einem Schrank ausgestattet und liegt zur Seite und Garten raus.
Die Wohnung Meeresrauschen liegt im Erdgeschoss im Haus am Meer mit insgesamt drei Wohneinheiten und hat einen eigenen Eingang. Es gibt hinter dem Haus eine gemeinsam genutzte Terrasse mit zwei Tischen mit jeweils zwei Stühlen und einer Bank. Im Garten stehen mehrere Teak Bänke und Loungesessel zum Entspannen im Freien.
Die Küchenzeile ist ausgestattet mit einer Nespressomaschine und einer Filterkaffemaschine, Ceranfeld, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und jede Menge Kochzubehör.
Das Haus am Meer liegt im ruhigen Ortsteil Böhl direkt am Deich und Böhler Leuchtturm.
Dahinter liegen die ewigen Salzwiesen und der riesige Strand von St. Peter-Ording Böhl. Hier treffen sich Kiter, Reiter, Hundefreunde und Wattwanderer.
Perfekte Lage für Naturliebhaber und lange Ausflüge mit Rad oder Hund.
Am Strand in SPO Böhl ist man ganz nah an den Gezeiten. Bei Ebbe zieht sich das Meer zum Teil komplett zurück - es bleibt eine unendlicher Blick ins Wattenmeer.
Unsere Empfehlung: Den Sonnenuntergang am nahe gelegenen Böhler Leuchtturm beobachten.
In der Saison ist ein Bäcker in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
Rewe, Bäcker, Aldi und Lidl erreicht man ansonsten auch in 4 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Die Wohnung ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand Abschnitt Böhl gelegen. Die Wohnung Meeresrauschen befindet sich im Haus am Meer mit insgesamt drei Wohneinheiten. Von hier aus kann man den Böhler Leuchtturm fußläufig erreichen. In ca. 4 Minuten erreicht man die Dünen. Dahinter liegen die Böhler Salzwiesen und der riesige Sandstrand, der einer der Kitesurf-Hotspots in SPO und Norddeutschlands ist.
Der Böhler Strand ist ein bewachter Badestrand. Hier gibt es Strandkörbe, einen Hundestrand, Toilettenhäuschen und ein Restaurant, Salt and Silver und Kiosk im Pfahlbau.
