The house is 100 metres from Red Bluff beach, set on 1 acre of land adjacent to Kalbarri National Park, with magnificent views from every angle. Enjoy nature at its best while you go walking, cycling, fishing, swimming and much more. This property is truly a nature lovers wonderland. The turquoise blue waters of the Indian Ocean framed by its pure white sandy beaches offers an unrivalled paradise for the water sport enthusiast. For the keen surfer, it is just minutes down the beach to one of the best left hand breaks in WA at Jake's Point and a stones throw to the popular Red Bluff break. Kalbarri offers some of the best offshore fishing in the state, beach and rock fishing are within a few minutes walk from the front door and will tantalise anglers of all levels. Seasonal migration of whales along our coast are easily spotted from the verandah and surrounding coastal cliff walks and lookouts. The layout of the house gives a relaxed and calming effect with its open plan living, fully appointed kitchen and spectacular views form the alfresco dining area. The 2 main bedrooms have ensuites, TV and private space. The third bedroom is ideal for the children. Two fold-out beds are available for extra guests. Watching the magnificent sunset as it slowly dips into the Indian Ocean is a truly breathtaking experience and the perfect way to farewell the day. We also have foxtel including sports chanel, movies and much more to choose from STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED THE HOUSE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SCHOOL LEAVERS
