South Main Street is the epicenter of the best restaurants, bars, and shops in Breckenridge! It's only a 5-minute stroll to the Peak 9 Base Area and Ski Lift. This immaculately clean, 800 square foot 2 bedroom pad has postcard views of the slopes! New, flat-screen TVs in the living room and BOTH bedrooms!
The location is fantastic for Après Ski - Boutique Shops, Bars, and a really fantastic Culinary Scene!
Or stay in and enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, and the grocery market close by.

ONLY ONE PARKING PASS for each condo, and since your lot is where everyone wants to park, they have to tow EARLY AND OFTEN! You don't need your car here! Breck has overnight parking for a nominal fee on Airport Road. Search “Breck airport rd parking” for details.

Summary: Great experience at this location. Just what one needs to enjoy Breck. Perfect place for single family or small group that can work around 1 bathroom. Pros: Great location, attentive and accommodating host, kitchen has all appliances and wares you need to cook at condo. Cons: Dated living room furniture is crumbling , limited TV access (unless you have streaming services), only one working humidifier. Considering you are usually out and about while in Breck, the listed cons aren’t really that big of a deal, other than the humidifier.
