Beach Walk 017 is a brand new unit which is strategically staged directly in front of the pool giving users back yard access to the pool and for storing kayaks, surfboards, fishing equipment or any other beach gear. Our town home sleeps 10 people and has a maximum occupancy of 14 people with the master bedroom downstairs a loft and 2 more bedrooms upstairs. Guests will feel pampered since two bedroom comes with a king size bed and the other has two twin beds with rolling trundles for kids . There's also a sleeper sofa in the loft! The kitchen, living and dining areas have a nice open feel and are great for entertaining. When you're ready to cool off then head on over to the pool which is situated directly behind the house with back gate entry! One side of the pool is shaded by large canopies while the other side has comfy lounge chairs to layout in and soak up some sun. This unit will come with 2 designated parking spots and designated guest parking lots that is shared by Leeward Bay customers from all complexes and you'll be a short walk (500ft) away from the beach. The front door Is secured with a 4 digit pin code that will be provided to you on your date of arrival and the owner should be contacted prior to your arrival. The All New Schlitterbahn Water Park is just around the corner and you'll be just 15 minutes away from area attractions like Mustang Island State Park and Padre Island National Seashore. Want to hit some golf balls, the world class Palmilla Beach Golf Club and Oso Beach Munincipal Golf Course are just 20 minutes away. Just over the bridge you'll find Corpus Christi attractions like the USS Lexington and Texas State Aquarium as well as popular shopping destinations. Come stay at this great town home and make the most out of your time on The Island! This property requires a 2 night minimum stay. RATES: $175-300/Night, $1050-2100/Week, $2000/Off-season Month/ All monthly rates will not be accepted in the months between March through August!! Please do not book monthly stays during this period as your stay will be cancelled.
