Lovely Lakefront Home in Reynolds Lake Oconee in renowned Great Waters with 6 years of 5-star reviews. The Golf Course, designed by architect Jack Nicklaus in 1992, lies on the shores of Lake Oconee. The Great Waters Course is ranked one of the Top 100 courses in the nation and offers some of the most beautiful, jaw-dropping golf scenery in Georgia, with nine holes of the course bordering the shoreline of Lake Oconee. The Lakefront home, located in a cul-de-sac, it is THE BEST location in Great Waters with lake views from every room.
Perfect for couples, friends, families, golfers, and an Oconee Lake Escape. The absolute BEST big water views in the neighborhood and will make you feel like you are not just on the lake but in the lake!
The Marina is located one block away from the back door where you can launch your own boat, park your trailer, and there are several other Marinas in the area where you can enjoy rented jet-skis and boats. The T-dock in front of the house is always available for docking and enjoyment. Neighborhood swimming pool, sandy beach for kids, and tennis courts are just steps away.
GOLF UPDATE: Unaccompanied guest play is no longer available for Reynolds Members. Golfing is available at Harbor Club, another local lake community, or ask your Golf Pro to book tee times.
The Lake House is conveniently situated, just minutes from local shopping and dining. Publix, PJ's Coffee of New Orleans, Marco's Pizza, Filet, Amici, Movie Theaters, and several neighboring boutiques are just 10 minutes away. Harmony Crossing, is home to some of my favorite cafes, restaurants, retail shops, and Saturday morning Farmer's Market. Bruzze Brewery recently opened with lots of activities and live music just 10 minutes away! I recommend visiting the historic districts of downtown Eatonton, Greensboro, and Madison. Be sure to check out the local events, festivals, and the Oconee Brewing Co.!
The Lake House features three bedrooms; Master on main with queen bed and full bathroom, upstairs there is a queen room with en-suite bath, and a twin room (or king upon request) and separate bathroom. All quality linens are provided.
The dining room, furnished from France, provides dining for up to 6 with extra dining on the porch. Additional features and amenities of the Cottage include wireless internet and Direct TV, 55” flat screen HD Smart TV with a surround-sound bar, additional TVs in each bedroom, and a Bose speaker for your iPhone docking and music listening. Central air and heat, quality electronics and appliances, and ceiling fans throughout for your comfort.
You will find the fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen just perfect for all your needs and extras such as, Keurig and Mr Coffee drip coffee maker, Cuisnart mixer, blender, and more make it complete. Exit the kitchen/dining area through sliding doors and enjoy the screened porch, tastefully furnished for outdoor living and lake viewing. Grilling is easy and enjoyable with the gas grill just off the porch.
A few steps from the porch and you are in the lake!
T-docks are just in front of the house for your enjoyment and boat docking. A pair of Adirondack chairs have been provided for my guests to enjoy.
KAYAKS! My sit-on-top single kayaks are available for use at no extra charge. Upon request and signature of waiver. Must be 18 yrs or older.
