Welcome to Winona Shores Oar'asis, a beautiful four-bedroom, three-bathroom home located on Lake Waukewan. This spacious home is perfect for families and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
Enter the house on the lower level and head up the stairs to the main floor, where you will find a family kitchen and dining area, a family living room, and a full bathroom. Two of the four bedrooms are located on this floor. The first room has twin bunk beds and a bookshelf stocked with games and puzzles, and it leads into a room with a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed, two twins, and a seating area with a sofa and loveseat.
Head upstairs to the master bedroom, which features a king-size bed and a single twin bed, as well as a quiet sitting area where you can sip coffee and enjoy views of the lake. There is also a bedroom with a double bed on the upper floor, as well as another bathroom.
The washer and dryer can be found on the lower level in the bathroom. This home also has a beautiful deck overlooking the lake, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.
Step outside and discover stone steps that lead to the water from the grassy beach area. The water access is gradual until you get past the dock, then it drops quite a bit. You will also have access to the 24 foot dock.
