Ever wish you had friends who have a stylish country estate overlooking the Yarra Valley with a guest house all of your own to enjoy.........Well now you do Situated in Toolangi on the Great Dividing Range above the Yarra Valley, Wingspread is a two hectare property with magnificent views to the north. A short drive away you can experience all that the Yarra Valley has to offer and then retreat to the peace and quiet of Wingspread. Wingspread has been featured in the Grand Designs Australia and Home Designs magazines Come and experience everything Wingspread has to offer Follow us on Facebook Wingspread Toolangi Guest house Our guesthouse is the original farm house on the property and consists of two bedrooms which accommodates up to 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed with luxurious linen and Marimekko accents. The bathroom has a large shower with wonderful views to Mt Tanglefoot, fluffy white towels and beautiful Aesop products to complete the package. The living room is light and airy and overlooks the front verandah and garden. There is a lovely leather sofa and armchairs with plenty of cushions and rugs to match, flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player/Ipod dock, Austar/Foxtel and some of the latest magazines. There is a wonderful woodfire to keep you warm on those chilly Toolangi nights as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge, coffee machine and wonderful views to the mountains beyond. There is a selection of Nespresso coffee and T2 Teas and a gourmet breakfast hamper awaits you to enjoy your breakfast at your own pace. Whatever the weather, there are many places to grab a magazine or book and take in the mountain views and air. From the front verandah with table and chairs and BBQ, to the conservatory and rear deck with lounges and sun beds. With two walls of stackable doors you can open the conservatory up for those warm days or close them up to keep you warm during the winter season, but still feel you are part of the view. Guests can also use the tennis court. Guesthouse at Wingspread is an adult only retreat and we have two dogs on the property. To See Wingspread is located a short drive away from some of the state’s leading vineyards including Chandon, De Bortoli, and Coldstream Hills to name a few with plenty of boutique vineyards along the way. A trip to TarraWarra’s Art Gallery where they house Australia’s largest privately held art collection and select exhibitions. For the sweet tooth, the newly opened Yarra Valley Chocolaterie is worth a visit and for the animal lover don’t miss Healesville Sanctuary to come face to face with our native mascots. There are many walking tracks moments away in the national parks surrounding the property.
