Summary: I booked the hotel based on closeness to DFW and free shuttle. Confirmed that an airport shuttle would be available since we were arriving around 1:00am. Confirmed. Landed and called to get the shuttle dispatched, was told 20-25 minutes. Shuttle took over an hour. When we did get in the shuttle it kept circling the terminals. The one other person in the shuttle had been there for a long time. Finally it took us to the hotel. Check in took a long time and then did not get the king room that I booked.
