This well-designed home offers a versatile floor plan with three bedrooms, four baths on the main level.
The spacious great room features vaulted beamed ceilings, an incredible rock-faced wood burning fireplace, panoramic windows to enjoy the spectacular views. The specialty wood floors continue throughout the home.
The kitchen will inspire any chef and is outfitted with Miele appliances, including double ovens, plus a steam oven and wine refrigerator. The kitchen adjoins the cozy fireside room that opens to the back patio and view decks.
Soak in the hot tub, while enjoying the views of the golf course, vineyards and Edna Valley foothills below.
The luxurious master suite offers two bathrooms and a fireplace. The other bedrooms are spacious and also take advantage of the lovely views from every window.
The expansive outdoor living space includes two patios, upper and lower decks and a beautiful lawn area. It is a fabulous place to enjoy the peaceful privacy and amazing views. SCENIC BEAUTY is the epitome of relaxed luxury.
Nearby Activities
Wine tasting, biking and hiking trails, beach fun and excellent restaurants are all within a short drive. Several great parks and hiking trails are also close. The fall is a great time to visit for wine harvest and apple picking.
Day excursions to Hearst Castle or Big Sur are very doable, and will expose you to some of California's most stunning cliffs and secret beaches. Avila Beach, Pismo Beach, Morro Bay, Cambria and San Simeon (where the elephant seals live) are all fun to explore.
Kayaking in Shell Beach is a thrill as you paddle through caves and along the cliffs. Or, you may want to hike up Bishop's Peak or go whale watching, or deep sea fishing out of Morro Bay or San Luis Bay (near Avila Beach). Several public golf courses are nearby.
Or, you may want to just grab the beach chairs, towels and umbrella and head down to the beach for the day. The options are really endless.
All of your basics will be provided. If you're renting for a week and would like a mid week cleaning that can be arranged upon request. We also have connections with a great home chef if you'd enjoy some in home gourmet food.
