The approach is a drive lined with fruit and olive trees that takes you into a generous parking area that will accommodate up to six cars. The main house has an open space plan with beautiful limestone floors, modern art work, and a sunken living room with a cozy seating area centered around the fireplace, with a large flat screen TV. There is a dining area with table and chairs, and a spacious country kitchen and half bath. The space is light-filled and has access to the outside patio, gardens, pool and spa and pool house.The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, cooking utensils and service for 12, pantry, a restaurant quality gas-burning stove, dishwfasher, as well as coffee, cream and tea for the morning. There are fresh farm eggs delivered from the chicken coop on the property available for guests, if they desire. Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms, all with queen beds. All feature quality linens and towels and locally made bath products. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and tub. The master is spacious with an ensuite bath with shower, walk in closet, a fireplace and a separate sunroom with access down to the spacious patio and pool/spa area via a back staircase. The first floor features its own entrance to the courtyard, back garden, and landscaped grounds with pool and spa. There are views to the east valley and patio from a bay window. Two queen bedrooms with ensuite baths are located on the second and third floors. Each bedroom has a private bath and balcony. The decor is casual-elegant European country with high-poster feather-beds, armoires, high quality linens and woven shades. The rooms have sweeping views of wooded hillsides,mountains and vineyards. The bocce ball court runs adjacent, and there is a small sauna. All is surrounded by a fragrant Italian garden of olive, rosemary, thyme and lavender.
