With high ceilings and large picture windows showcasing stunning Sonoma Valley views and beautiful evening sunsets, the bright and open floor plan is perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The fully stocked chef's kitchen with ample stone countertop space and top-notch appliances, including a wine fridge and double refrigerator, makes cooking a breeze. The dining room table has room for 10 people plus an additional table for 6 – or head to the outdoor kitchen for poolside sunset cookouts.
The expansive back deck provides plenty of opportunities for sun-soaked relaxation as well as evening stargazing! Your days can be spent soaking up the sun around the resort-styled swimming pool and waterslide, and evenings you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Both the tennis court and basketball court offers additional entertainment options for those who love to stay active.
Evenings can also be spent in the home theater, perfect for family movie nights. Comfy theater seats and room for a queen size AeroBed. Or, you can also gather around either the fire pit or the outdoor fireplace to watch the stars come out.
This amazing property is also just a short drive to Historic Downtown Petaluma, which is home to top-rated restaurants and shopping. San Francisco is also close enough for weekends on the town.
