This is not your typical Airbnb as this is also our family's vacation home, so the property has been enhanced with thoughtful details and decor to ensure it is enjoyable for our own families as well as our Airbnb guests.
The sprawling one-level layout features 9-foot ceilings and an open concept living area & kitchen located adjacent to the pool area. Two en suite bedrooms can be found on opposite sides of the home to provide privacy for the easy accommodation of two families. Both living spaces and all bedrooms are equipped with brand new Samsung Smart TVs featuring Spectrum cable channels and access to all of your favorite streaming service apps.
The 4 bedrooms will comfortably sleep 8 guests, and there are 2 rollaway beds with memory foam mattresses to accommodate 2 additional guests, for a total occupancy of 10. Also, there are 2 mini cribs available at no additional cost to accommodate infants or toddlers.
The home features a private pool with optional pool heating available for $35 per night.
Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor area, with the exception of an owner's closet located in one of the primary bedrooms.

OCCUPANCY
- At time of booking, guests will confirm final occupancy count with the host. There shall be no parties or events held at any time, and no additional guests will be allowed without prior host approval.
PARKING
- Please utilize the 2 off-street parking spots in the driveway for parking. Street parking is only allowed on one side of the street, the same side the house is located on. No parking allowed in the garage as this area functions as a game room for guests. Please do not park on the front lawn.
POOL AREA
- The pool is cleaned weekly by a professional company. If you happen to be in the pool when they arrive, you'll be required to exit in order for them to perform their work. Their service typically takes less than 30 minutes and they will leave notice on when you can re-enter the pool after the cleaning is completed.
- There is a child safety pool fence installed, to be left in place at all times. Please utilize the entrance gate adjacent to the pool stairs when entering and exiting the pool.
- For your safety, no glassware is allowed in the pool area. Please utilize the plastic dining and drinkware available in the upper far right cabinet in the kitchen.
-Guests can use the provided propane tank for the grill, and will only need to purchase additional propane if the tank runs out during their stay. Please keep the grill a safe distance from the house (where it currently is placed) and ensure the tank is tightly closed after each use. Please use the cooking utensils provided when using the grill, and ensure to scrape the grill grates clean after cooking. Guests understand they are using the grill at their own risk, and they are liable for any damage caused.
POOL HEATING
-During cooler months (mid-October through late April), pool heating is recommended. This can be requested at the time of booking. There is an additional charge of $35 per day to cover the cost of the additional utility usage. The pool heating is designed to bring the water to a swimmable temperature. Under normal weather conditions, it takes about 24 hours for the pool to heat up. Please note that changes in air temperature will directly affect the pool temperature. Therefore, it is normal and expected for the pool to range from high 70's to low 80's when the heater is properly functioning. We cannot guarantee that it will hold at a specific temperature for the entirety of your stay.
COOLING SYSTEM
-The thermostat located in the hallway will be set to not go lower than 70 degrees when cooling so as to not damage the HVAC equipment. Please contact host if you have any questions or problems regarding the indoor temperature.
SECURITY
-For the safety and security of the property, there are 3 outdoor security cameras located on site: a video doorbell at the main entrance, a security camera facing the front of the property & driveway, and a security camera facing the HVAC & pool equipment on the right side of the home. All cameras are recording and should not be blocked, touched, or tampered with.
