Positive: The view was amazing, great location not too far from main centre! Everything was so cosy and clean!
Negative: Communication really lacked, we didn’t hear from the staff and had to call afew times when we arrived, no info was given to us before hand about checking in, as it’s not a hotel there is no reception and you have to get a code to be let into the building! While the facilities were great we struggled to find things, there were no instructions or labels in the kitchen and there was only minimal cooking utensils and equipment, said there was a washing machine but no where to be found and no instructions if there was one in the building, we did look and scan QR code in guest manual but it didn’t work. We really loved our stay but little things that were a bit annoying overall!
