Eastward, enjoy the oceanfront from Windjammer 110’s large, covered balcony--there are no buildings to block your view. Sliding glass doors from the living room and the master bedroom open onto this space, where you will find a dining table and chairs so that you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The native grasses and palmetto palms on the dunes provide homes for the resident gopher turtles and rabbits, while flocks of seagulls and pelicans patrol the ocean shore.
Through the west-side windows you can watch the sailboats, yachts, and fishing boats floating along the Intracoastal. Tides change the landscape all day, with islands, sandbars, and oyster beds emerging and disappearing; exotic birds fly back and forth from the Matanzas Inlet.
Sunlit from both sides, Windjammer 110's open dining, kitchen, and living area designed for relaxation. From the living room’s plush sofa and chairs, you can watch your favorite shows on smart HDTV, take advantage of the free wireless web access, or play Jenga with the kids. The dining table seats 6 people easily, and there’s room for a few more at the breakfast bar on the opposite side of the kitchen. The kitchen itself comes fully equipped.
With so much to see and do during a stay at Windjammer, getting a great night’s sleep is especially important. Our two bedrooms make that easier than you can imagine. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed and an ocean view. The en-suite bathroom has his-and-her sinks, a walk-in shower, and counter space.
The second bedroom, with stunning views of the Intracoastal, sports a King size bed with a bunk above and a trundle bed at the foot of the bed. Second bathroom access off the hallway or bedroom. A full size washer and dryer behind folding doors.
Once you are outside, you can head to Windjammer’s tennis/Pickleball court, head to the pool or take the private boardwalk to the sugary white sands of St. Augustine Beach. Enjoy a stroll to Windjammer's private pier on the Intracoastal, where you can launch a kayak, fish for flounder or sea trout, or simply glory in the sunset. You can barbecue on one of Windjammer’s outdoor grills located by the pool or tennis/pickleball court.
You will want to venture out a few times. You will be just minutes from historic St. Augustine and Marineland. You can even make it to the Orlando theme parks and back again in a day.
We are a gated community with a ground level parking garage. elevators in each building. Private access to the beach and showers to rinse when you return from the beach.
