The living space features wide, comfortable arm chairs and sofa seating facing those million dollar views and a large flat screen mounted television. With generous floor to ceiling curtains, you can keep out unwanted glares or keep them open and stargaze by night. The large sliding glass doors gives visitors access to the private balcony and offer an indoor/outdoor living experience. To assist in maximizing the outdoor experience, there is a comfortable outdoor furniture suite - a loveseat and two armchairs - and a high-top table with four chairs for dining, a sunrise with coffee or that evening cocktail.
The indoor dining area has a round table with seating for four, great for your meals, as well as a place for games or poker night. Adjoining is the high-top counter with room for another four guests to hang out or have a bite to eat. Just beyond is the kitchen with bright, modern finishes and stainless steel appliances.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and access to the balcony. There is a large wall mounted flat screen television and a generous amount of storage. The ensuite bathroom has a shiplap feature wall and large single vanity sink. The separate room off of that space has the shower and tub combination. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and matching full size bed with an ensuite bathroom.
