""Wind and Sea is a lovely vacation home located in a quiet neighborhood on 30A, Highland Parks in Blue Mountain Beach. The community has a stunning resort size lagoon swimming pool has a gorgeous waterfall, an observation tower to view the Gulf of Mexico. There is also a hot tub, gas fire pit, and a pavilion with gas grills, ice maker, lots of counter space for food prep, double sink, community dining area, big screen TV and comfortable lounge seating. You can haul everything you need to the pool, or to the beach via the four seat golf cart.
Beach access is approximately 1 mile away.
Start your vacation with ease and sink into the comfy sectional sofa to watch the extra-large Smart TV or cook dinner with your family in this sprawling kitchen. Granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and beautiful lighting make it a joy to cook in. You will also find all the necessary cookware and dishware to make memorable meals in this fabulous vacation house.
The downstairs master suite features a king size bed with custom bedding. There is a large dresser with plenty of drawer space and a Smart TV for some light entertainment before bed. The en-suite master bathroom is spacious and offers a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and his and her sinks. On the second floor, the first guest bedroom room features a king size bed with quality linens, a wall mounted TV and a private bathroom. The second guest room has a double over double bunk bed with a twin trundle, large TV and an en-suite bathroom. For additional guests, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a half bath for guest use on the first floor.

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Summary: House was clean, tons of space, and great neighborhood. Only hiccup was that the golf cart broke down on us 2 times. One time we were 2 miles from the house late at night which isn’t ideal being a female with 4 other ladies. That was really the sole reason we booked this house so it was pretty disappointing that we didn’t have reliable transportation. Other than that, it was a great stay and definitely a memorable one.
