Beautifully renovated 1920s Queen Anne Victorian with modern amenities (central air, washer and dryer in unit) within walking distance to Yale's campus and downtown New Haven. The open floor plan, full kitchen, vibrant décor, private entrance, and off-street parking offer a great space for spending time with your friends and family. This apartment is perfectly situated for longer term or semester long rentals as well as shorter stays. You'll immediately feel right at home!
This is a private 1st floor apartment in a beautiful, two family home. We renovated this house from top to bottom in 2019, putting every ounce of thought and care into creating a space that would be comfortable for our guests. We made sure to include all of the key modern amenities, including central air conditioning, all new kitchen and bath, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and granite counter tops. The unit features two bedrooms with queen beds and a living space with a couch that can be used for another guest as needed.
