If you are a music aficionado or you like to bury your head in an intriguing book or are a foodie and want to make a gourmet meal, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by what you experience when you walk in the front door! This luxurious 2 bedroom retreat features an elevated gourmet kitchen, a modern dining space set for four and an inviting living room with an endless supply of books to read by the cozy fireplace. The kitchen boasts high end stainless steel appliances, all the kitchen utensils you would need to prepare a 5-star meal and even a dedicated workspace. Small appliances include a coffee maker, Nespresso maker, microwave, toaster and hot water kettle. Enjoy your meal al fresco on the deck while you take in the serene surroundings.
The spacious primary bedroom features a luxurious king size bed, large walk-in closet, smart TV and spa like ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity plus walk-in shower. Each bathroom is equipped with hair dryers, luxury towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap, hand soap, makeup washcloths and more. The guest bedroom has a plush queen size bed, closet, smart TV and dedicated workspace. The guest bathroom is just steps away and has a tub/shower combo.
The outdoor space is expansive, beautiful and canopied by oak trees. The front deck features a lounge area as well as an outdoor dining table and BBQ. Wander over to the bocce ball court or play a round of corn hole. Spend your morning drinking coffee while watching the sunrise or your evening sipping wine while stargazing on the expansive front porch. You may even spot a deer, owl, eagle or quail and you’ll definitely hear the birds singing. From the outdoors to inside, your senses will come alive and this gem will be your new favorite hot spot in Paso! (The property is completely gated.)
