The Willow House is a fully renovated 1920's home in the historic Government Hill neighborhood and is within walking distance of the historic Pearl District, Riverwalk and downtown. Fully renovated in 2016, it features an open kitchen/living/dining, 13ft high ceilings, new appliances, WiFi, full washer/dryer, large covered cedar back patio with teak table & chairs, propane grill, sofa, coffee table, indoor & outdoor fireplaces, and a large private cedar fenced backyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, gas oven and stove, microwave, toaster, coffee & tea station (drip machine and french press).
There is a full set of pots/pans, cutlery, glass and dishware for 8-10. The kitchen is an entertainer's dream!
The home features two large bedrooms, each equipped with queen beds, night stands, and sitting/luggage storage benches. These rooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower and single vanity.
The spacious master bedroom located near the back of the home has a king hybrid matress, full-size mirror, sitting/reading chair and private en-suite with large walk-in shower and double vanity.
The living room has a large couch, coffee table, side tables, leather chair, gas fireplace, and TV with Roku device.
