Positive: Location is great. Easy walk to public access beaches.
Negative: Home needs serious maintenance. The outside is a mess. There was trash everywhere upon arrival. The backyard space is so overgrown its unusable. There is an outdoor shower that would have been awesome, but it doesn't work. There was a huge wasp nest with about 40 wasps on it on the back patio and we got no response from the local team to take care of it. The inside was clean, but several things need attention. The sink faucet in the kitchen is about to fall off. The toilet handle did fall off and my husband fixed it. The towel holders are barely hanging on the walls.
Summary: Clean, good location, but needs maintenance. Also poor communication with local host.
