Positive: Small but sufficient for two people. Modern room and bathroom. Kettle and fridge. Sea view from the top floor. Cleaning equipment available on the staircase (you will need it, as there is always sand coming from the beach!). Bread shop just across the road, other services a few hundred meters away.
Negative: The double bed is good but could be even better.
