Wildwood Hill is a luxurious country estate boasting magnificent views across the Kangaloon escarpment. Set among rolling green hills, this breathtaking property is exquisitely furnished, prestigious and private - a one of a kind in the Southern Highlands. The home is built to the highest possible standard, with no expenses spared! It features high vaulted ceilings, multiple fireplaces, spacious rooms throughout, and a kitchen with scullery that is perfect for culinary enthusiasts - all with a perfect northerly aspect. The beautiful living room with stone fireplace is light-filled and spacious, with a panoramic view from every window of this grand room. French doors open to the sun-drenched alfresco terraces and to the outdoor lounge and dining area complete with outdoor fireplace.
Wildwood Hill is also a working cattle farm with fertile soils, beautiful trees dams and the source of the Nepean River.
The House sleeps ten across five bedrooms and four bathrooms and the completely separate the Loft sleeps an additional four guests - total of 14.

Wildwood Hill is a 100 acre farm, with the House and the Loft behind secure gates. It is located an easy 5 minutes drive from Robertson and 20 minutes from Bowral. Wildwood Hill is ideally located to access key wedding venues, wineries, and the local surrounding townships of Bowral, Exeter, Moss Vale and Berrima.

How is the property laid out?
Wildwood House
Wildwood House is located along a curved driveway, cut into the hillside. The house comprises two bedroom wings with central living and kitchen areas. There are 5 bedrooms - 3 king and two with 2 King singles - including a spectacular master bedroom.
Additional details of this quality home include vaulted ceilings, stone fireplaces, Wolf appliances, dual ovens, a teppanyaki plate, double glazed windows, and more!
Wildwood Loft
The Loft is located closer to the entrance of the farm. Located above the former stables, the Loft features a full kitchen, living and dining area, 2 bedrooms - one with Queen bed and one with 2 single beds, and a bath with shower and toilet. The Loft offers beautiful northerly views of the surrounding countryside.
Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can 100% guarantee that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If internet access is important to you, please have a backup plan. Smart TV's are provided in the main house.
What about outdoors?
Wildwood Hill has multiple alfresco areas where you can enjoy the tranquility of this property. There is a covered outdoor dining and lounge area with open fireplace, as well as a BBQ and fridge. There is an additional outdoor dining setting located near the lounge room.
Guests are welcome to explore the quiet and secluded farm. There are several fresh water dams and picturesque places throughout the farm where guests can enjoy a picnic. Please be aware that Wildwood Hill is a working farm with cattle, sheep and unfenced dams. You are free to explore the property, however you must close gates and must be wildlife aware especially in areas of long grass, or around dams.
Keeping warm or keeping cool?
Wildwood Hill has an open fireplace in the living room, a gas fireplace in the casual living area, as well as zoned ducted heating throughout. On warmer days the French doors throughout the house open up to let in the clean, fresh country air.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is a parking area near the house with space for 4 vehicles. The Loft has parking for 2 vehicles.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Wildwood Hill is not a pet friendly property.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during Peak Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
