Wildwood Cottage is easily one of the most luxurious properties in Bear Lake Reserve, this three-story home offers the utmost in elegance. Sleeping eight guests, these four bedrooms are fitted with a master suite and three additional guest rooms. The master suite houses a King bed and features a private bathroom with luxury furnishings. In the downstairs guest room, you will find two twin-sized bunk beds. The other two upstairs guest rooms both offer queen beds to comfortably sleep four more! Wildwood Cottage features a large living room, a family room, a game room equipped with a foosball table, as well as WiFi, Dish TV, and a cellphone booster, this spacious house provides guests with a surplus of comfort and convenience!
Lounge on the screened-in back porch and relax by the blazing fire in the stacked stone fireplace, listen to the cascading waterfalls in the distance, and grill out for the entire family, all while watching the stunning sunsets over the hazy Smoky Mountains. Effective May 1st, upon arrival at the Greeter's Cottage, all guests of Bear Lake Reserve will be responsible for paying a Resort Preservation Fee. This fee will be $30/day (with the maximum fee per stay being $150 or 5 days) and will be charged upon check in.
