Wild Strawberry Barn is nestled in the Devon countryside 4 miles out of Kingsbridge in the beautiful South Hams. The property boasts a fantastic spacious open plan living space offering guests a truely impressive accomodation which includes a cinema room, a playroom and a pool table. The barn enjoys countryside views and offers a terrace with garden furniture, BBQ and plenty of space for the children to safely run around.
All bedrooms are on the ground floor. The two king bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one with double sinks and a double walk in shower with wall jets, the other with a quadrant shower.
The master bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and bathroom 4 is the en-suite to the cinema room on the first floor, this also has a walk in shower.
The twin room has 2 single day beds which pull out to make doubles.
The snug/playroom has a sofa bed, it is an ideal place for younger children to play or older teenagers to chill out.
The open plan living area has a very large u shaped sofa with coffee table, it has a wall mounted 75" TV with sound bar. The dining table has 8 chairs and 2 end benches.
The kitchen island also has 4 breakfast bar stools and another wall mounted TV. It is fully fitted with all modern conveniences including an integrated bean to cup coffee machine and a boiling water tap.
The first floor cinema room has a large sofa with 109" wall mounted screen with projector.
The outside space is private and has a small outside play area for children including a slide, swings and sandpit.
We cater for dogs, there is an understairs dog house and plenty of outdoor space.
You will receive an app which you will download to your phone before your arrival. We will also leave contact details for you to contact the property manager during your stay.
The property is located 2 miles outside of the small village of Loddiswell and 4 miles from the esturary town of Kingsbridge.
The nearest beach is Bantham and is approx 6 miles away.
You will require a car for your stay, however there are public transport links from the local village.
