The elegant interior of this retreat is mesmerizing. Endless ocean views from every corner - cooled throughout by central air-conditioning, this property was designed to be a wonderful haven of sun and surf. The interior design is chic but minimalist so as to emphasize the breathtaking view. Every room, (including all the bedrooms) features a 12-foot sliding door to an oceanside balcony.
The full kitchen contains many top-level gadgets and appliances, as well as all the quality dishware and cutlery you will need to entertain your group. Grill masters will appreciate the direct spiral staircase leading to the private outdoor gas grill. Enjoy meals over the dining table or alfresco on the outdoor patio. For your complete entertainment, discover a Ping-pong table and corn hole, perfect for playful competition.
The low-profile white leather sectional in the great room encourages a spot for a free flow of conversation while admiring the seascape. There is also a sprawling sun/stargazing balcony on the second level equipped with tanning loungers and another covered balcony on the dining level. Three bedrooms feature desks, perfect for completing remote work or schooling, and each bedroom has a comfortable oversized mattress, TV, and private en suite bathroom.
