Rent for the whole house, 3 Beds and 1 Bath single family house. Walk to Rockville Metro station, Capital Bikeshare station, and easy to access to highway 355, I-270. Many well-known restaurants, grocery stores, Chinese super markets, drug stores, libraries, movie theaters and gyms are in walking distance. Very convenient for travelers. The house is right by the Maryvale park and backyard is surrounded by the park trees. 7 feet fenced yard gives you a lot of privacy. Plenty of parking space, in the driveway (3 car spaces) or the street in front of the house.
Wi-Fi, TV, washer, dryer, kitchen appliances and other items of everyday use are available and are in excellent condition. This is a no smoking/no partying zone.
Only cleaning house twice: before you checking in and after your checking out to lower your costs. Please treat it as your own house. keep it clean so every one can enjoy the place the way you did. No Smoking, no Pet inside, no party.

Summary: I booked the home online in January and was informed in April that the property I booked was not available. (Due to a formal renter destroying it) I was very skeptical about switching homes but was assured it was a "nicer home." We agreed to take it. The week before my husband and sons left we find out it's a duplex. I called Jane and she did everything to rectify the situation and make us feel better. Overall, the guys trip I planned for them went off without a hitch and the duplex was in a nice quiet neighborhood that was convenient to everything. Jane is an excellent host, and we most definitely will book with her again if we are in the area.
