Ons landhuis is gelegen middenin de natuur, op de grens van prachtig bosrijk gebied en een oude rivierarm met daarachter een weiland met lakenvelder koeien en hun kalfjes. Natuurgebied.
Het ruime landhuis is onder architectuur gebouwd en heeft vijf slaapkamers (twaalf bedden). twee badkamers, volledig ingericht kookeiland, twee woonkamers en diverse terrassen. Er is een extra bed in de gastenwoonkamer beneden.
Heerlijk rustig gelegen, desondanks is het centrum op fiets- en loopafstand.
Alle kamers hebben een uniek uitzicht op het achterland.
Beneden is op waterniveau met de namiddagzon in de coulisse van weiland en bossen. Er is een grote woonkamer met 2 grote tafels, gezellig zitje, boekenkast, piano, kastje met glazen etc. en een tv. Ook is er speelgoed voor de kinderen. Vanuit de woonkamer beneden loop je zo naar buiten waar de verschillende terrassen zijn bij het water.
In de keuken zijn een keukenblokje met koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker. Koffie en thee en verschillende soorten thee op voorraad. Ook is er een koelkast, magnetron, wasmachine en wasdroger)
De badkamer heeft een douche met een wastafel. Toilet is apart.
Er zijn 2 slaapkamers: de lente en de zomer.
De tussenlaag geeft ruimte aan een hele grote woonkamer met heerlijke bank en stoelen en een vleugel. Er is een grote tv en muziekinstallatie.
De keuken is in open verbinding en heeft een kookeiland. Er is daarnaast een koelkast, combi magnetron, keukenmachine, koffiemachine, citruspers, staafmixer en allerlei ander keukengerei om uitgebreid te koken. De grote eettafel biedt plaats aan 10 personen, een klein tafeltje kan worden bijgezet tegen het kookeiland aan waardoor er nog meer plek is.
Onze houtkachel kan 360 graden draaien en geeft in de winter een heerlijke sfeer in huis. Daarnaast hebben wij vloerverwarming in het hele huis waardoor het altijd gerieflijk is qua temperatuur.
Vanuit de woonkamer loop je zo ons hele ruime balkon op waar het bij goed weer ook heerlijk zitten is. Vanuit het balkon loop je vanzelf verder naar beneden en naar de beneden terrassen toe. Overal zijn gezellige zitjes en bloembakken en prachtig mooie beelden.
In de grote hal bij binnenkomst is de kapstok en extra toilet.
De bovenlaag heeft drie slaapkamers met totaal 8 bedden, hele ruime badkamer met ligbad, aparte douche en 2 wastafels. Daarnaast is er een aparte toilet. In de tussenruimte staan een wasmachine en wasdroger.
Wij dekken alle bedden op met hoeslakens en slopen om de kussens. Dekbedden liggen op alle bedden wij vragen of u zelf een dekbedovertrek mee wilt nemen.
