This 17th Century converted dairy nestles amongst rolling Devon fields in the heart of an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Far from the madding crowd, Whitley Farm Dairy is an idyllic rural retreat, offering total privacy in a quiet and secluded position. This is the ideal holiday cottage for those wanting peace and tranquillity, birdsong and stargazing. It has its own drive, garden, patio and linhay, equipped with dog proof fencing, with views of the open countryside. The owner lives in the neighbouring farmhouse. Whitley Farm Dairy is a short walk from the pretty Devon village Farway, with its Norman church, easy access to many beautiful footpaths including East Devon Way footpath and Devenish Pit riding stables and Honiton Golf Course. Yet the quiet Farway is just a 5 minutes drive to a really good local pub with super food and garden. 15 minutes drive to the Jurassic coastal towns of Sidmouth and Beer. Lyme Regis is a little further down the coast, about half an hour. Presented to a very high standard with underfloor heating, comfortable furnishings and lovely beds with fluffy duvets and luxury linen. Large private fully enclosed garden, courtyard and patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Linhay provides undercover storage area for cars, bikes and undercover eating area. ACCOMMODATION: Ample private parking in a cobbled courtyard with linhay. A patio with outdoor furniture and BBQ, and grassed garden. Once inside there is a spacious open plan living area with exposed beams and French doors to the patio entertaining area. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a dining area. Ground floor has a spacious bedroom with super king size zip and link bed that will be made up as a twin unless you request a super- king. Exposed beams and views of the fields. Shower room with hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. Stairs from the living room lead to an open plan galleried second bedroom with a double bed. Stair gate provided.
